Phase 3: Interview
Interview: Phase 3 of the Intratec Recruitment Process
Reach Rate: 0.5% of all candidates reach this phase
This statistic includes candidates who dropped out, missed deadlines, or were not selected by Intratec.
At Intratec, we strive to make every interaction in our recruitment process meaningful and mutually beneficial. The interview is a key step in this process, designed to provide both candidates and Intratec partners with valuable insights.
This stage serves two main purposes:
- To help candidates clarify all their doubts about Intratec, so they can determine whether it aligns with their personal and professional goals.
- To give candidates a firsthand glimpse of how we collaborate and communicate remotely, as the interview mirrors the dynamics of our weekly team meetings.
Through an informal, candidate-led conversation, participants can ask questions that genuinely matter to their decision-making process. This approach fosters transparency and ensures that both parties make informed choices about embarking on a potential journey together.
The interview is an informal chat in Portuguese: the chat is conducted by the candidate - he/she interviews the Intratec partners. Intratec partners quickly introduce themselves, and then the candidate can ask 4-6 questions that he/she considers important in his/her decision-making as to whether become an intern at Intratec.
Important: the candidate can ask any question and Intratec partners will be glad to answer it, but the question must be important in his/her decision-making as to whether or not become an intern at Intratec.
So if Intratec partners do not understand the importance of a question made for your decision-making, they will likely ask you why you asked that question.
Candidates must keep in mind that cliché questions and/or curiosities that are irrelevant to your decision-making process must not be asked.
This interview lasts approximately 1 hour.
