Recruiting Process
Intratec's recruiting process was designed to be transparent and objective. We strive to be as fair as possible - in other words, we aim to minimize subjectivity as much as we can. The recruiting process consists in five main phases (all eliminatory), during approximately two months:
-
Profile Evaluation: The first phase consists of screening and selecting candidates with strong academic records. Candidates also fill a brief form about their preferences and expectations.
-
Pre-Assessments: In the second phase, selected candidates are provided with more information about Intratec and the internship, to then complete brief forms that help pre-evaluate their alignment with Intratec's values and real interest in the internship.
-
Interview: The third phase is an unformal chat with Intratec partners, where the selected candidate will be able to clarify doubts about Intratec and the internship.
-
Training Program: The fourth phase consists of a hands-on experience, where candidates gain exposure to Intratec's operations and are trained in critical skills by Intratec partners.
-
Onboarding: After the training program, the selected candidates will be invited to join Intratec, and all necessary procedures for the beginning of the internship will be carried out. The candidate will then conclude the university internship paperwork.
