From Internship to an Analyst Role
Once the candidate successfully concludes the Training Programa and is selected, he/she will become an intern at Intratec.
From this moment on, Intratec members will evaluate the intern as to whether or not the intern will be hired as junior analyst once he/she concludes the engineering course.
Basically, Intratec members will evaluate if the intern can assume more/greater responsibilities within Intratec. The main criteria will be as follows:
- If the intern can solve problems
- If the intern shows care about Intratec and engagement
- If the intern can communicate
- How the intern makes decisions
ATTENTION:
- An intern can only be hired as junior analyst once he/she presents an engineering diploma or a graduation certificate
- The feedback meeting in which the intern will be informed as to whether or not he/she will be hired as junior analyst will occur when the intern attests that:
- He/she was approved in all graduation course subjects; AND
- He/she concluded the graduation project (end-of-course project), presented it to the board and get it approved
- If the intern does not present his/her engineering diploma or a graduation certificate within 2 months after being informed that he/she would be hired as junior analyst, the decision of hiring the intern as junior analyst will be annulled
- Due to the Internship Law, the maximum period of internship is 2 years
