As Intratec wants the best and is very demanding, the company policy is to provide very high internship grants to its interns, among the top 3 grants paid by private companies in Rio de Janeiro state.

Currently, the internships are as follows:

• Internship Workload: 30 hours / week
• Internship Grant: R$ 2800 / month
• Benefits Package (via Credit Card): R$ 583 / month
